Pro Citrus Network, headquartered in Visalia, California, was founded in 2004 by industry veterans Allan Dodge, Jacquie Ediger, and Hector Gonzalez.
Our domestic and international family of growers, experienced sales and marketing staff, knowledge of the entire citrus supply chain, and ability to supply the right citrus at the right time ensure our customers’ citrus needs are met year-round. We specialize in providing high-quality fresh citrus to the retail and foodservice markets throughout North America as well as other countries around the globe. President
Allan’s roots in the citrus industry began working in his grandfather’s orchards. He advanced from sales to management, eventually establishing his own marketing company and farming venture. He cherishes the industry for its global reach in feeding people and the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse and talented group of professionals. Allan’s visionary leadership style has allowed PCN and it’s sister company, Foremost Fresh Direct, to reach new heights in the realm of fresh produce sales and logistics.
Executive Vice President
Jacquie Ediger is the Executive Vice President and co-founder of California-based Pro Citrus Network and their sister company, Foremost Fresh Direct, which specializes in cold storage and logistics in Houston, Texas. She has proudly served the produce industry for over 27 years on various committees and boards and within her local community. She has a B.S. degree in Agricultural Business from California Polytechnic State University. She currently resides in Conroe, Texas with her husband and two beautiful English Labradors.

Hector brings over 30 years of experience in the citrus industry, starting in 1993 and joining PCN in 2004. His expertise spans packing operations, sales, and excels in procurement and contract negotiations, ensuring optimal returns for all parties. He values the diverse nature of his role and cherishes the global connections he’s forged.
