Privacy Policy

Pro Citrus Network, Inc. (“PCN”) is a California corporation that provides its customers and members of the public (“Users”) with access to certain services and data through the Internet (the “Services”). When Users access Services, they provide certain information to PCN, either directly or through the means by which they access Services. This Privacy Policy explains what kinds of data PCN collects from Users and how PCN uses and protects that data.

Information PCN Receives and Collects from Users.
PCN receives and collects information that it asks Users to provide to it before Users can  access services. This information includes personal information PCN requests Users to provide to obtain service log-in credentials and to communicated with PCN via the web based email page. This information may include Users’ names, addresses, company identification information, Users’ geographic locations, email addresses, telephone numbers, and the like.

PCN also may receive and collect information from Users as a result of the manner in which Users access Services. This information may include the type of service and information Users access, how frequently certain Users access certain services and data, and the types of searches Users engage in when they use the services. This type of information may also include information about the computer devices Users use in accessing the services, such as types and models, operating system types, Internet Protocol addresses, and geographic locations from which Users access services.

PCN may use various well-known technologies to collect and store information when Users access Services. These technologies may include the placement of “cookies” or “anonymous identifiers” on computers or devices Users use to access Services and the use of “pixel tags.” A “cookie” is a small piece of data that PCN’s website sends to a User to be stored in a User’s web browser. If a User re-loads or re-accesses the PCN website or a page on the PCN website, a cookie may allow PCN to recognize the User’s device as one that previously accessed the site or page. Cookies can be used by PCN to associate a User with its previous activity on PCN’s website and with a User’s preferences and other information. Users may set their browsers to refuse cookies or to notify Users when a cookie is being sent, but that may cause some website features or services not to function properly. An “anonymous identifier” is technology that can provide the same function as a cookie on some devices that do not support cookies. A “pixel tag” is a type of technology placed on a website or within an email for the purpose of tracking activity on websites, or when emails are opened or accessed; it is often used in combination with cookies.

How PCN Uses User Information.
PCN uses the information to identify the User when an email is created on the page, and may use information collected from Users to help provide and improve the services and to expand the type of information PCN provides. For example, knowing what information is sought most frequently may assist PCN in allocating its resources to providing and improving its most popular pages. Knowing what types of Users access PCN’s information may assist PCN in marketing and making information known and available to potential new Users.

PCN may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information publicly and with other parties it works with. For example, PCN may share information with other companies, organizations, government agencies, or publicly to show trends about the use of services and the type of data Users access through them. PCN will not share personally identifiable information outside of PCN or use it (i) in a manner that would identify any User to other Users or to the public unless a User expressly consents to such sharing or disclosure; or (ii) unless the such a disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, to enforce applicable Terms of Service, to address fraud, security or technical issues, or to protect the rights PCN, other Users, or the public and the disclosure is permitted by applicable law.

Information Security
PCN takes steps to help protect it and Users from unauthorized access by third parties to User information that PCN receives and collects. PCN restricts access to User personal information to employees, contractors and agents who need access to process that information for PCN and who are subject to contractual confidentiality obligations. PCN also periodically reviews its data collection, storage, processing, and security practices to guard against unauthorized access to User information.

Changes
PCN may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time as the needs of PCN and Users change. All changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted on this page. If PCN makes changes to this Privacy Policy that it reasonably believes are significant, PCN will bring those changes to the attention of Users affected by the changes, including, for certain services, through email and/or notification on log-in pages for affected services.
