2 cups orange sections, or tangerine, drained
1/4 cup orange flavored liqueur
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 pint orange sherbet
In a shallow leak-proof covered container, marinate the orange or tangerine sections in the liqueur for one day. Turn cover upside down once during the period.At serving time, scoop a ball of ice cream and a scoop of sherbet into each individual servingdish. Top with oranges and marinade.
