Hot Buttered Lemonade

Serves 4


1 tsp lemon peel, grated
1/2 c lemon juice
3 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup light rum
1 tbsp butter


Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat slowly. Pour into 4 serving cups.
