Citrus marinade with mixing whisk on top

 ¾ cup oil
 ¼ cup soy sauce
 ½ cup white wine
 1 lemon, juiced
 2 cloves garlic, crushed
 ½ tsp ginger
 1 tsp brown sugar

Combine all ingredients and use as marinade for meats.
