Pistachio mandarin chocolates made with california grown mandarins

 1 cup melting chocolate
 1 tbsp coconut oil
 ½ cup pistachios, crushed
 6 mandarins

Crush peeled pistachios in a food processor or blender. Set aside.⁠

Peel your mandarins.⁠

Melt chocolate over a double broiler with coconut oil. ⁠

Spoon chocolate onto parchment paper in small circles. ⁠

Add mandarin slices and sprinkle some pistachio.⁠
